A WebCheck status describes the result of a particular check, not a guarantee about every part of a website. Read the status together with the error code, timing and evidence shown in the dashboard.
Passed and degraded
Passed means the check completed and its configured conditions were met. Degraded means the target responded but WebCheck identified a slower-than-expected response or an edge challenge. Degraded is not automatically downtime.
Failed and blocked
Failed means the check completed but a configured condition was not met, such as an unexpected HTTP status, missing required content or changed DNS records. Blocked means WebCheck could not safely complete the request, often because of a network-safety or transport restriction.
Skipped and unavailable
Skipped is used when a check is not run, for example because it is disabled or not applicable. Unavailable is a higher-level health presentation used when there is no usable completed result for the relevant view.
Check the evidence
Open check history or the incident detail to see the target, check type, response status, duration, redirects, error code and bounded evidence. A status alone is not enough to diagnose the cause.
