By using NOTABIS WebCheck, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

The service

WebCheck provides recurring checks against public website targets that you configure. Results are informational and may be affected by network conditions, target changes or service interruptions. WebCheck is not a guarantee that a website is available to every visitor.

Your responsibility

• Only monitor websites and URLs you own or are authorised to test.
• Keep your Account access secure.
• Choose reasonable intervals and targets.
• Review alerts and evidence before taking operational action.

Service limits

We may limit, pause or remove checks that create security, abuse, capacity or legal risks. Features, limits and retention may change as the service develops.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, NOTABIS is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on an individual monitoring result, missed notification, target-side behaviour or an interruption of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features. You may stop using WebCheck and remove your monitored sites at any time.
