Privacy notice

Last updated: September 2026

NOTABIS WebCheck is a website-monitoring service. This notice explains, at a high level, what information the service uses to provide monitoring.

Information we use

  • Account identity information supplied by the NOTABIS Account service, such as your account subject, name and email address.
  • Website and target URLs that you choose to monitor.
  • Check results such as status, timing, bounded response metadata, DNS/TLS evidence and incident history.
  • Operational and security logs needed to run and protect the service.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, run your configured checks, display results, send configured incident notifications, prevent abuse and maintain the service.

Monitoring requests

WebCheck requests only the explicit public URLs you configure. It does not submit forms, place orders or intentionally crawl an entire website. Requests are subject to network-safety protections and bounded limits.

Storage and retention

Monitoring records and incident summaries are stored for the service’s operational purposes. Retention limits may depend on the applicable plan and service configuration. We do not promise permanent retention of raw check data.

Sharing

We do not sell monitoring data. Information may be processed by infrastructure and notification providers needed to operate the service, subject to their service terms and security controls.

Your choices

You can stop monitoring a site from its WebCheck dashboard. For account or privacy requests, contact the NOTABIS service operator through the account support channel.

Changes

We may update this notice when the service changes. The date above indicates the current version.
