A public status page summarizes the latest completed check results for its selected components. Its overall status can be different from an individual component, and a page visit does not start a new check.
Component states
- Operational: the latest available results for the component do not contain a Failed, Blocked or Degraded run.
- Degraded: at least one latest result is Failed, Blocked or Degraded.
- Unavailable: no completed result is available for that component.
The component also shows when it was last checked. An older Passed result can remain Operational until a newer run is recorded, so use the timestamp and recent history to judge how current the information is.
Overall page status
Maintenance mode overrides the monitored state and labels the page Maintenance. With maintenance off, the page is Operational when all displayed components are Operational. If any displayed component is not Operational, the overall page is Degraded; this includes a component that individually says Unavailable. The overall page says Unavailable when no public components are configured.
